WELCOME TO THE MOVEMENT
Your body feels great after a yoga class, so why not maintain that feeling all the time?
My job starts with you: understanding your body’s needs and how you move, so I can offer you lesson plans or exercises exclusive to you. After all, no one moves quite like you.
Yoga by B will help you take your practice off the mat in order to help manage your pain by improving strength and mobility for your specific goals. It doesn't have to be yoga related. I help you determine areas that are in need of work and turn it into a personalized routine you can do whenever works best for you. Not sure if it's for you?
