About the Event

Looking for an extended weekend getaway? This movement retreat is for everyone. Designed to get you in tune with your mind and body. Each day will be composed of different movement classes to reset each area of the body (neck, hips, shoulders and back) and change the way you think about your movement. There will be yoga twice a day and options to attend various workshops or local excursions. Local excursions are not included in the pricing. Healthy Breakfasts and Dinners will be provided along with snacks for Lunch.

There are options for both private and shared rooms alike. To reserve a spot, you must put down a $100 non-refundable deposit. Exclusions may apply, please reach out if this applies to you.

To register, please follow the following instructions: 

1) Pick the payment right for you 

- either add the deposit now or pay in full

- pay the deposit and schedule a payment plan with me

- sharing a private room? You and your friend both need to pay the deposit and then I will send you each an invoice splitting the rest of the cost.

2) add the discount code to the room, not the deposit for your early bird pricing! If you put the deposit down now, your early bird discount will apply even if your next payment is a bit later.

If you are sharing a private room (sharing a bed), please have you and your friend each pay the deposit. Then, you each will receive a separate invoice, splitting the overall total cost. Please only apply the discount when you pay for the room.
