About the Event
Looking for an extended weekend getaway? This movement retreat is for everyone. Designed to get you in tune with your mind and body. Each day will be composed of different movement classes to reset each area of the body (neck, hips, shoulders and back) and change the way you think about your movement. There will be yoga twice a day and options to attend various workshops or local excursions. Local excursions are not included in the pricing. Healthy Breakfasts and Dinners will be provided along with snacks for Lunch.
There are options for both private and shared rooms alike. To reserve a spot, you must put down a $100 non-refundable deposit. Exclusions may apply, please reach out if this applies to you.
