This is a yoga and meditation day retreat for women that Vero and I have carefully curated. An experience that will weave lifelong purposeful learning both in your movement and how you interact with the world around you.

Schedule
10am- Arrival, there is a courtesy shuttle to take you from the parking lot to the property. Carpooling is an option in registration.
10:15am (ish)- Welcome circle + Movement
11:30am- Dharma Discussion
12:30pm- Lunch
1:30pm- Foraging Nature Walk
3pm- Movement Workshop* (TBA)
4:30pm- Closing Circle
As with most things in life, our itinerary is an adaptable flexible thing. Our main focus is helping you align with your purpose and helping you understand your movement/breath. There will be downtime in nature as well as an activity hosted by Bellwether Farm. As the retreat grows closer we will email you with a more updated schedule.

Dharma workshops will be led by Sattva for Life focused around activities that help you discover and align with your purpose. Yoga by B workshops will center around deep dives into restoring movement to the body and space for the breath. Practices will be led by both Vero and Brittany to bring a blend of movement and meditation. Yoga will be adapted to each person's body as needed.
